I got a bunch of fat from the butcher for free. It's the fat they cut off the meat and throw away or grind up in ground beef. Do you guys have any doubts of eating this fat? It's not pasture raised but is organic.

Get 100% pastured, whenever possible. Grainfed fat is, IMO, usually pretty tasteless, even if organic.

yes i will get it whenever possible, I'll ask the butcher if I can make special orders for 100% pastured meat and fat
