Ok. I have an Idea, But i did not do it.

Step 1-  Dry meat for 3-4 days in Lex's Dehydrator. (you need it really dry, REALLY DRY!!!make sure there is no moisture)

Step 2-   Pound or grind dehydrated meat into powder.

Step 3-   Roll fresh raw meat or fresh raw fat into dryed meat powder.

Step 4-   Enjoy!!

Note: When its breaded, eat some fresh. Then dehydrate it to see what happens. Cool

That certainly is an interesting idea!
You should do it, and see how it goes. And take pics of course
