sounds good... what I would do though, is substitute raw cacao nibs instead of the walnuts, mash the bananas really really well and mix it all up
not that I would ever do that lol

Sounds good, Sully (even if I don't eat sweets often). Now, how about a picture of it? I mean, come on youse guys, are Lex and I the only ones who will photograph our food? (And that reminds me, does Lex really need a knife, fork and spoon to eat his minced chow? I know, I know, it's for presentation. )

I don't think cacao nibs are that good for you honestly; I would only eat them very occasionally.

I'm really impressed with the culinary recipes mentioned here. I personally don't bother with such arrangements, and prefer just swallowing it all raw without preparation as that saves time - but I'm well aware that many RPDers, especially women, like to prepare foods in unique ways, and I'm all in favour of that, as it adds a little compelxity to the rawpalaeo diet.

Yeah, I'm don't think they're exactly the healthiest thing... I was just saying, if I were to make a dessert like that, that's what I would use. Notice I said "not that I would ever do that". Plus I still have the better part of 5 lbs. of cacao nibs left over from after I went raw, but before raw paleo. Lord knows what I'm gonna do with those things.

He he he. After eating raw for quite some time I had forgotten what "dessert" was.
