Ha ha ha, looks pretty cooked to me.  Sully, I think Keith is our official English teacher, as he catches everyone's typos.  Just remember, with dessert, you always want seconds, thus there 2 "s"es.

Plus I still have the better part of 5 lbs. of cacao nibs left over from after I went raw, but before raw paleo. Lord knows what I'm gonna do with those things.

If it were me, I'd eat them over the holidays and share nummy treats with friends.

Here's what to do. Get some of those Thai coconuts, cut off the top, but the liquid and fruit flesh and some of the nibs and honey into a blender, blend up, and then put it back into the coconut shell. I used to love that.

I don't think cacao nibs are that good for you honestly; I would only eat them very occasionally.
