Don't know where you got that idea, I'm still eating raw you bet. I do eat carbs: bananas, honey, lemons, almond butter... and others. gaining weight without these would be very difficult
I get about 4,000kcals a day. 1000-1500kcal from protein, 500-1000kcal in carbs, and 2000-2500kcal from fat.
Also more progress has been made, my arm measurements are climbing... full progress report in about a month or so. I can't believe I'm STILL growing! awesome diet
