Hi,
im starting 100% raw paleo soon and am overweight. Im 5'11 and 200 lbs and although a lot of it is muscle, im still kinda chuby. One of my goals from raw paleo is to get from chuby to well... muscular. I already workout all the time and feel strong, but was wondering if i go taw paleo will I lose some of that strength? Its not even the muscle i care about i just dont want to lose any strength when converting over to raw paleo.

None!  You will gain strength.  Your muscles might lose water and glycogen but thats cosmetic and shouldn't affect strength.  I made a post about a month ago where I mention that I gained a massive amount of strength when switching over to raw paleo.  Another thing I noticed is as my muscles lost water and glycogen my veins became far more visible vascularity wise.  It looks great.  You're in for one hell of a ride!
