Just want to say that I've been on my fair share of discussion forums about health, diet, exercise, and this forum I gotta say is the place I've found the most intelligent discussions.

I guess this is just a thank you post to all the administrators/moderators for making this happen and of course to all the members who contribute to the great discussions. It's really empowering to know that other people are on similar paths to my own and that I'm not the only one on this planet who thinks about health/diet at this level.
