I recommended someone try a raw paleo diet but they are on a very tight budget as a single parent of four...

Can anyone advise as to where they could get info, say a website (for free) ?

The cheapest way I know of is to buy a good meat grinder and lots of cheap fatty roasts, extra fat is a good idea, and add egg yolk.
