 There is no fee for the potluck, but everyone is expected to bring and share a raw food dish for 4-6 people that is compatible with Aajonus’ Primal Diet.  All food items must be fresh, unfrozen, raw, organic, and pesticide free.  This includes red meat, fish, or chicken, which can be obtained at Whole Foods or Jimbos markets.  There should be no salt, no store-bought sauces, and no vegetable salads, please!

 Call Cynthia (760-487-1971) if you need suggestions for potluck dishes. Please write your recipe on a 3X5 card to share with others.  We will be compiling recipes for future distribution.

 If you wish to stay beyond the potluck festivity for a Q&A ($25) session with Aajonus and/or have a mini-consultation ($25).  You may want to schedule a full consultation with Aajonus prior to the potluck.  Reading his book, "We Want To Live" is required before having the consultation.  The book can be purchased on the publisher’s website: www.PrimalDiet.com, and Cynthia has some books available.

DIRECTIONS

  Please use www.mapquest.com only to get to Caywood Road, and then follow Caywood Road about a mile to get to our home.
Do not turn right as is shown on mapquest.  After you pass a bunch of mailboxes on the left, the road turns to gravel.
After a ways, it curves to the left, and then later it turns right.  Here you'll see a red barn.  The road curves left again.
Don’t go into Silver Thread Winery, just curve left with the road.  Keep going, and you'll go over a creek and the road curves right.
Keep going, pass a brown house with blue garage doors on the left, and then a little later you'll pass a wooden cabin on the right.
Go down a short, steep hill.  Make the first right- this turn is about 120° so be careful. Now you're on a dirt road and there are cottages on
the left. Go past about six cottages, go over a creek, pass a white cottage, and then you're there.  Our place is the long yellow house.
