RSS feed question

I took the RSS url from the "show unread posts since last visit" page, but I notice in my RSS reader that there is never more than 5 new posts listed. Even when there are many more than 5 new posts since my last visit, it appears the RSS feed maxes out at 5. Is this fixable?
